We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $250 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States.
All orders are shipped via insured UPS and must be signed for upon delivery. Please note that all deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States:
- Ground – $15.00
- Arrives in 5-7 business days, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
- 2nd Day Air – $25.00
- Arrives in two business days when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
- * Shipping times are approximate.
- * Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
- * UPS only delivers Monday-Friday

Returns & Exchange
We will accept unworn, undamaged or defective product purchased from this Web site for exchange or refund within 21 days of ship date. Sale items are a final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Items purchased through other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through dinamackney.com.
Item(s) must be returned with receipt and all original packaging. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return can not be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first) and instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
